The built‑in Rating Engine can be customized for your specific needs. The system allows all post issuance transactions including Out‑Of‑Sequence endorsements. Automate late notices, renewals and cancellations. Policy form sets can be delivered to the insured/member electronically.

The policy administration module is fully integrated with Member Portals, Billing, Receivables Management and Claims modules; all in real‑time. This module can be integrated with third‑party online services such as cost evaluators, credit verification bureaus, payment gateways, etc.

Billing, Receivables and Payables

SimpleInsure ES has a fully integrated accounting module which has the ability to process Billing, Receivables, Refunds, Write‑offs and Transfers. Features include customizable payment plans, credit card and electronic check payment processing, including auto‑pay enrollment, non‑pay notices, equity cancellation and automation of Cancellation for Non‑Payment of Premium (CNPP). Print checks for insured refunds and claims payments.

Claims Management

The claims module is an integral part of SimpleInsure. Coverage verification on loss date is done in real‑time. Claims can be associated with appropriate coverage parts, specific risks and coverages. Establish multiple claim features (sub‑claims) on a single claim incident, with reserves and payments managed by claim feature and by coverage part. Template‑driven data capture & screen display by coverage as well as template‑based correspondence options. Record Claims Notes, Set Diaries for scheduled tasks, Attach files and documents. Manage Loss and Expense payments including integrated functionality to approve payments and print both loss and expense payment checks

Member Portals

Simpleinsure has a self‑service portal for policyholders / risk pool members. The portal allows policyholders / members to view coverage, print policy documents of the current term or any prior term, view account status, print invoices, and view status of their claims.
